NYC Artist Portraits

I’m developing a small, ongoing photography series centered on artists and makers - people deeply engaged in their creative practice, whether that’s jewelry, painting, textiles, music, writing, or another craft entirely.

This project is intentionally non-commercial. No payment, no deliverables, no transactions - just time, collaboration, and thoughtful documentation. The goal is to celebrate creative work, creative process, and the people who show up for their craft with care and intention.

At this stage, I’m prioritizing women, queer, trans, and non-binary artists, and focusing primarily on Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. Artists based in Queens and the Bronx are encouraged to submit as well, as this project continues to take shape.

Submitting this form is an expression of interest, not a guarantee of participation. I’ll be selecting a limited number of artists at a time based on availability, alignment, and the evolving direction of the series.
